For my Installation Art and Lighting course, I was charged with creating an installation that people could interact with and look at. I decided to make my instillation about bees and the flavors we get because bees and other pollinators pollinate the plants. I chose to make six different desserts featuring flavors from different areas.
I made apple hand pies, mango lemon bars, espresso merengues, avocado brownies (these were gluten-free and vegan), vanilla berry cupcakes and cherry almond cookies.
The area was made to look like a garden, with tissue paper flowers between the tables. See the images below for an idea of the landscape and scale.
